In March of 2007, On Center Software decided to expand their development capabilities to keep up with the increasing demand and expanding product line. After researching several leading nearshore outsource solution providers, On Center decided to team up with Cyberlink Labs. From the start, Cyberlink Labs was ready to deliver. The new partners quickly ramped-up production as they began to assist in the development and maintenance of On Center’s applications.
