...got its start in 2000 when they saw the potential to leverage Web, wireless, voice and email technologies to revolutionize schedule-driven processes. They saw that a Web-centric appointment scheduling system could give users real-time visibility into a centrally managed inventory of available time, 24x7, from virtually anywhere in the world.

Today, TimeTrade provides appointment scheduling solutions to some of the world’s best-known organizations. National service chains, auto dealerships, health clubs and other service businesses use TimeTrade as a key component of their e-commerce and e-CRM strategies. Corporations use TimeTrade to schedule sales engineering resources, help desk support, customer service interactions, training classes and events. Colleges and universities use TimeTrade to schedule proctored exams for their distance learning programs, career center interviews, IT support, and a host of other activities.

For consumers, TimeTrade offers the convenience of instant self-service scheduling, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For service providers, they promote customer satisfaction and loyalty, improve efficiency, reduce cancellations and no-shows, give management more control, and maximize available timeslots.

TimeTrade operates as an Application Services Provider (ASP) and as a traditional software provider for internally-hosted solutions. Their open Java-based TimeCommerce  platform and database-driven approach allow them to provide customized solutions for a broad range of users in a faster, more cost-effective way than traditional software approaches. Their multi-channel UI supports scheduling and notification from the Web, connected PDAs and voice response systems. And their Data Connector (Windows C++) technology allows them to interoperate with existing CRM, ERP, SFA, practice management, billing and accounting systems.

When TimeTrade wanted to develop its application (using Java, JDBC, SQL, HTML, XML, JavsScript, JSP, and C++) they contacted Cyberlink Labs.  After two years of development and many customer implementations, TimeTrade is now the technology leader in this emerging market.  We developed a major portion of this application and supported them as they transitioned to an in-house development team to move this product forward.  The result of this development partnership was that TimeTrade was able to use Cyberlink Labs to build the product while allowing them to focus on building the business before establishing a full development team in-house.

At Cyberlink Labs, we are happy to help in whatever development phase your company needs, even if your long term goals include wanting an in-house team of your own.  We are also willing to reduce costs in exchange for equity in some situations.   Contact us today to see how we can help make your idea a success!
